Grady Barfoot is an Industrial Designer who specializes in using Solidworks and OnShape to create innovative products, from concept to production. He is an Art Institute of Colorado graduate who has been working professionally since 2008.

Starting as an entry level industrial designer, at firms Applied Design and LINK Product Development, he gained experience developing products for entrepreneurs. In 2010 Grady joined Magpul Industries in Louisville Co. where he designed products for the military and law enforcement markets, innovative hardware for soft-goods, and award winning cases for electronic devices. In 2017 he joined Otter Products and was influential in designs for mobile cases, cooler accessories, innovative e-commerce delivery solutions, and a range of products for the emerging mobile gaming space. He joined Niner Bikes in 2022. Tasked with redefining the aesthetics of the Niner brand, he directed the new design of multiple projects in the portfolio, from traditional gravel and mountain bikes to complex full suspension electric mountain bikes. He was solely responsible for the redesign of a new carbon cross country MTB that is currently awaiting production.

His greatest passion is 2 wheeled transportation design. He has been involved in the design, and development of two prototype motorcycles which have been featured in publications such as Cycle World, MCN, and Hell for Leather Magazine.
